  • Which device can I use with which Pod?
    Classic device is compatible with classic pod. Infinity device is compatible with infinity pod, mate series pod and phantom pod. Phantom device is compatible with infinity pod, mate series pod and phantom pod.
  • Why does my infinity device flashes red light?
    Red light generally means the device is low in battery or the connectivity between the device and pod has a weak connection.
  • Is the device and pod waterproof?
    No. They are not waterproof.
  • How long does a pod last?
    It depend on individual, but generally between 350 to 450 puffs.
  • Do you have 0 Nicotine Pod?
    Yes. Max Mate series have 1 flavor is 0 Nicotine
  • What is the Nicotine content for the Pod?
    It ranges from 0% to 5%. Generally 3%, 3.5% and 5%.
  • How should I store my pod? Do they expire?
    Store it at a room temperture in a dry environment. And out of reach to children and pets. Most pod has an expiry of 18 months from the date of manufacture. However, we recommend to finish the pod within 15 days of opening to maintain the best taste. After 18 months you may notice a difference in the flavor or quality.

  • Why does my pod taste of burnt when there is still liquid in the pod?
    It taste burnt because there is not enough liquid in the coil for the heat to burn. If there is still liquid in the pod, this could mean that there is a blockage of flow of the liquid into the coil.
